Appointment Policy
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
For your convenience, 'in-house' appointments are available. An 'in-house' appointment means you can bring your pet in at a time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Usually we will ask you to bring your pet in during the morning so our doctors can examine the patient between appointments or at a time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once your pet has been taken care of, we will call you with results and explain any findings.
Safety Policy
For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. For the safety of all hospital visitors, we ask that all pets be leashed or in a carrier. Pets can be nervous or uncomfortable in a veterinary setting and may respond differently than in your home.
We also ask that any clients with two or more patients to be aware that only one pet is allowed in the exam room at one time. We can hold your other pet in one of our kennels or you can bring someone to hold your pet in the waiting room.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks.
