Cami Phelps is the Practice Manager at Ashburn Veterinary Hospital. She has been with AVH for over four years. She also manages our sister hospital, Feline Medical Care Center. Cami handles the hospital operations and staff management. She loves the opportunity to meet clients and especially patients. Cami is passionate about the veterinary field because it provides the opportunity to truly connect with people and their pets and make a difference.

CLIENT SERVICE STAFF
Our Client Service Staff is always ready to help with a smile. They participate in continuing education to better serve our patients and our clients. Feel free to ask questions of anyone on our friendly and competent team at the front desk, they are willing to go above and beyond to make sure our clients and our patients have everything they need.

	Melissa is our client Service Lead. She supervises our Client Service Staff as well as making sure they have updated information on vaccines, treatments and other medical information. Melissa knows our clients and their pets well and always has a welcoming smile for everyone. She is dedicated to making AVH a hospital where all our clients feel at home and cared about. Melissa has a genuine heart for pets and their people and has become a beloved part of this hospital.
	Katie came to us from Petco where she managed animal care for a variety of species. She has many pets at home and can relate to our clients who see their pets as part of the family. Katie loves to get to know everyone and has become a real part or our AVH family.
	Rebecca is a great addition to our client service team. She is quick to lend a hand and is already comfortable at both hospitals. We are happy to have her as part of our staff.

	Caitlin was previously a manager at Chic-Fil-A. She loves to meet our clients and is willing to jump in and help with anything. She came highly recommended and her warm heart and desire to accommodate clients any way she can are two of her greatest attributes.

NURSING STAFF
Our nursing staff is dedicated to providing exceptional care to every patient we see. They partner with our doctors and our clients in order to achieve comprehensive plans that ensure thorough care for our patients.

Our nursing staff also attends in-house and off-site continuing education. These seminars and classes strengthen and develop their knowledge in many areas of medicine and preventative care. We believe that continual education provides our staff with the expertise to offer superior care to our patients. We are dedicated to that goal and to helping each and every pet we see.

	Jen has been with us for over a year and has a bachelor's in science. She is intelligent and enjoys learning all she can about medicine and enjoys educating our clients.


	Jena is the newest member of our staff. She grew up in New Zealand and has lived in the U.S. for over two years. She lives with her husband and their dog, Kiwi. Jena is quick to assist with any task and is a wonderful new addition.
	Lacey came to us with the goal of becoming a nurse. She spent time as a client service representative and showed the aptitude for nursing. Lacey is a determined person and is able to connect with both humans and pets easily. She has an upbeat demeanor and a hang-ten personality - probably from living in Hawaii. We are very happy to have her as part of our nursing team.
	Alexa is new to our nursing staff as an assistant and has become a valued member of the team already. She learns new tasks quickly and works hard at everything she does. She is very interested in learning and loves to care for the in-house patients.
